In order to pay your annual HOA assessment via Zelle you will need to follow the below steps:
1. Set up a Zelle account via your current bank checking account. See How to video here:

2. Use our THHOA email address as the payment recipient:

3. Enter the payment amount of $300.00
4. Enter your house address and street name in the Memo box:
For example: "155 Cross Foxes Drive or 2222 Gulane Court" 2024 HOA Fee
