Our Development - We are conveniently located approximately 3.3 miles from the Woodrow Wilson Bridge accessible via Oxon Hill Road (Rt. 414), or Indian Head Highway (I-210). The Trent Hall Community is a quiet community consisting of 29 custom built colonial brick homes.
Trent Hall consists of 30 lots in the Twelfth Election District, as recorded among the Lands Records of Prince George’s County, Maryland. Trent Hall Homeowners Association incorporated was previously “Fort Foote Estates Homeowners Association, Inc.,” established by the landowner and builder, N. James Graham-Yooll in August of 1989 in order to satisfy the subdivision requirements to get the record plat recorded.
